These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ppgaming ("ppgaming," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ppgaming.xyz. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ppgaming platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional pages, and account management features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an account on ppgaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ppgaming from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ppgaming or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ppgaming for any reason, unless ppgaming has expressly reinstated your account in writing.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

ppgaming reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ppgaming may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on ppgaming. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

When registering your ppgaming account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. ppgaming is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgaming account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ppgaming immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ppgaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification to us.

• Do not share your ppgaming login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your ppgaming account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by ppgaming.

ppgaming reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ppgaming reasonably suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on ppgaming are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ppgaming supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ppgaming reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ppgaming account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ppgaming does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. ppgaming aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ppgaming reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where ppgaming suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• ppgaming is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the Player.

ppgaming offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ppgaming bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless ppgaming expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: ppgaming reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.

ppgaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date, except where ppgaming determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

All games available on the ppgaming platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly address the matter in question.

ppgaming is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the ppgaming platform use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes or the size of wagers placed.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant game as displayed in the game interface. ppgaming is not responsible for errors made by live dealers that are outside ppgaming's reasonable control, but will investigate and resolve any reported discrepancies in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppgaming platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ppgaming, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the ppgaming platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ppgaming platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or ppgaming employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ppgaming software or system.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the ppgaming platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing ppgaming from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ppgaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, ppgaming strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

ppgaming provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ppgaming account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to six weeks.

All content on the ppgaming platform — including but not limited to the ppgaming name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of ppgaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppgaming platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ppgaming content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ppgaming content.
• Use any ppgaming trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ppgaming platform.

Any unauthorised use of ppgaming intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppgaming, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ppgaming platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

ppgaming's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ppgaming platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppgaming account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgaming does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ppgaming makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

ppgaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ppgaming, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppgaming may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with its legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law and ppgaming's Privacy Policy.

ppgaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ppgaming platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the ppgaming platform and may request the closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ppgaming's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ppgaming will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute from you.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.
