• Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with financial record-keeping obligations under Philippine law.
• Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant KYC process, whichever is later.

The ppgaming platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ppgaming does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If ppgaming becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on ppgaming or provided personal data to ppgaming without your consent, please contact ppgaming support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy. ppgaming will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.

ppgaming primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. ppgaming reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or ppgaming's data processing practices. If you are not satisfied with ppgaming's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, the independent regulatory body responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
